We present the concept, gather your feedback, and revise. Revised concept is presented on the second meeting along with a budget analysis. This helps make a decision before moving forward with architects, engineers and builders.

4. Implementation
Once approved, we execute to list or purchase — licensed real estate agents, title company and lender work together to ensure a successful transaction. Our network of builders, architects, engineers, interior designers will be introduced and will be bidding for the project.
