The Senator, Hyde Park is an existing single family home in the heart of a vibrant community. Working closely with a developer to help source an investment property for luxury single family with an accessory dwelling unit (adu) or extended family residence (efr). Exploring multi-family is also welcomed. This property has the potential to be one or the other. We have worked closely with the city of Tampa to help this project come to fruition. The house is under contract and 1.618 is still exploring use with client.
